I have a wide cleavage after 1 year of breast augmentation. Should I get a revision?

You have beautiful breast shape, but the wide cleavage is likely due to your natural anatomy and limited breast tissue.

That’s as perfect a result as I’ve seen. I would do nothing. Going up a size is always an option but I don’t think it’s worth it

What you have now fits your frame and tissue very well. You naturally have a gap between your breasts and the bases of your breasts cannot be moved. Larger implants may look more fake and round and will be firmer.
