Arm numbness 5 years after transaxillary approach?

Hello, It has been 5 years since I had my BA done. It was a transaxillary placement. I struggled with arm numbness on my right side but was told by my surgeon it was temporary. It has now been 5 years and I am still dealing with the aftermath. Parts of my arm go numb, my fingers cramp at times and it is just overrall uncomfortable. Sometimes with nipple friction/pull, I feel the nerve pain run down my arm. Was wondering if I can get any advice or if it is something Im stuck with. Thank you.
