Hello, I have asked a few different questions on here regarding 3 surgeries before but I am wondering if my breast tissue will be strong enough to support a third breast augmentation (initial 360cc, increased to 560cc, want to downsize back to 345-360cc). I am young, no children, did not require a lift in the past. However I have been reading up more on breast implant extrusion and I am scared having a third surgery would result in this due to weak tissue.

Answer: Surgery I would certainly go down in size because such heavy implants will thin and stretch your own tissue as you age. Sometimes a different incision may need to be used since this will be the weakest areas of the breast. Most women still do well with a third surgery, especially when going down in size.

Answer: Multiple breast operations There is no yes or no answer to your question. Each situation is unique and anytime we operate. We need to first have a clear understanding of what the problem is and then apply as surgical solution. Every time you have surgery, there is a chance of having a complication. This includes contamination of the implant which can lead to implant failure, capsular, contraction, or other issues. Most likely these things will not happen, but every time you do surgery, there’s a chance. You should not have surgery unless you needed an operation have a healthy risk benefit ratio.
