Although your implants may need adjustment (I can't tell with photos, only on examination), you will definitely need a revision breast lift. Your abdominoplasty also needs revising once you are fully healed.

At this time, I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

Your implants are too large and are still sitting high because there is not enough room for them to drop. Your breasts are still a little low. I would suggest going down in size and profile and repeating the lift.
