Waterfall deformity? Will a revision help? (photo)

Anonymous 2222
I had a breast lift last November (my PS stated he couldn’t do the size implant that I wanted with the lift because of my skin). So I had a lift in November 2023 and then I did my implants November 6 of this year. I feel like my implants are not dropping or something is off… They look the same as when I first came home, just the swelling is gone. It feels like I have two sets of boobs, like my implant in my real view are not blending together
