Can Latisse cause vitreous floaters if it gets in your eye?

I put on Latisse and a little while after, the next day my eyes were red and puffy, this went way. Two weeks later I started to develop vitreous floaters, which I had never had before. Can getting Latisse in the eye cause vitreous floaters to form?

Vitreous waters is found among ladies who use Latisse. Usually age over 60 and have been using it from 1-6 months.In a large study/ survey: More than 10,000 people reported side effects associated with Lattise. Of those, 17 people reported vitreous falters (0.17%). Almost all cases of ladies age ≥ 40.
I would recommend that you see eye specialist to have a detailed eye examination with your pupils fully dilated to examine the retina. Urgent review is required if you started to see flashing lights or losing peripheral vision.
