Can I use Latisse and Revitalash together on my eyelashes and eyebrows?

Can I use latisse AND revitalash together at the same time? Latisse stopped working. I've seen shedding a lot so I'm not going to completely discontinue latisse I'm just going to use it less often - 3 times a week at night & then use revitalash everyday when I wake up. What are the side effects of this? I don't want anymore lash loss, I'm also going to use Latisse and revitabrow on my eyebrows together also same routine. Is this okay? I won't lose any hairs if anything it will maximize my results right?
