Is Bimatoprost as effective as Latisse itself?

Latisse has essentially the same formula as Lumigan, Allergan's eyedrops for glaucoma. However, Latisse actually has a slightly higher concentration of bimatoprost and can be more effectively and safely applied to the upper eyelashes as it comes with special brushes that allow for an easy application.
