You need to see your doctor for an examination. You have to be concerned about scarring and no hair growth along from your new wound/ laceration.This is not a place for reassurance.  It's a place for facts.

The only way to really know what effect this accident will have on your hair is to either 1) wait it out and see how/if the hair grows back, or 2) see your doctor who can check for you. There is no way to really tell just based off a picture.

Sorry to hear about your problems. I guess you were lucky that you did not crack your skull. The scalp can be fixed but there is no real way to determine what happened to the grafts until it healed and you go through the 8 months hair cycle (from the day of the surgery). Anything that did go wrong with the grafts can be fixed, so don't worry..
