It is not a good start when you don't trust your doctor after the surgery. You can have someone count 2000 individual scabs.  

I think you have that much (2000 or more) graft on your head .You will satisfy with result but may need a second session for more density 

Congrats on your procedure.  This question really depends on your before photos.  The area of coverage you show on the pictures is roughly about 77cm2.  Typically 4000-5000 grafts are necessary for that region to achieve a moderate to higher density.  The number of grafts implanted on your scalp appears to be roughly about 2000 grafts and if you had moderate density prior to the procedure, you should expect good results assuming the yield of your procedure is high.  If you started with a lower density, you will need subsequent procedures to achieve the density, even with a high yield.
