I am 23 years old, i did hair transplant in turkey FUE method Question 1. According to the picture was i the right candidate for the hair transplant. Question 2. According to the picture Please advice if the plan ( if numbers of hair grafts was perfect) Question 3. According to the picture, Will i regret hair transpant after few years later on?

You had surgery already.  It's too late to ask if it was the right thing to do.  Photos cannot tell you if the surgery went well either.  It will take 6 to 12 months to see the results.

İt depends on that how you feel your self .İf you think that you look older and hair loss affects social life  badly , then you have to have a restoration surgery .But of course it is better to wait in genetic loss for making more logical planning. But any way you had op , you will see result after 7-8 months. But unfortunately  number of grafts is so less to have a dense hair restoration result. After you loss your native hair for genetic reasons  , newly growing hair would not cover your defect and you will be unhappy .Probably you did not select a plastic surgeon that participate to operation and all procedures done by nurses (planing, harvesting, implantation etc)

Simply put, at 23 you should not have had a hair transplant because you will continue to bald and your donor area was somewhat depleted by the surgery. What will you do if you develop advanced balding and don't have enough hair to cover your head.There is one thing you can do if you find yourself in that situation and that is shave your head and under scalp micropigmentation
