Grafts started falling after 11 days post FUE surgery is it common?

Almost 15 grafts which looks like black crust with hairs attached to it are shedding from 10th day of my surgery. Is it OK. Also from when can I remove my hat and walk around as the recipient area still clearly shows I had transplant. Due to wearing hat it's sweating and grafts are falling after removing hat. Wat should I do. I consulted doc she says it's common after 10 days and it gives place to new hair growth & use Saline.

You had surgery already. It's too late to ask if it was the right thing to do. Photos cannot tell you if the surgery went well either.  It will take 6 to 12 months to see the results.

Thank you for your question, ValleyBoy. I do not suggest traveling to Turkey in order to have an FUE NeoGraft Hair Transplant. Instead, you should consult with your board certified facial plastic surgeon here in the States as the treatment is permanent.Best wishes,

Hair transplant to the scar generally do not work as you may expect. Your doctor who performed your surgery (who knows you, has examined you, and performed surgery on you) can answer your questions better.

You would need an examination to know how much donor hair is left. It would depend on your hair density, color, and texture.

Thank you for your question.  The small crusts around the micrographs will fall off naturally at around 10-14 days.  You can wash your hair daily and gently with a mild shampoo.  Try not to remove the crusts and allow them to fall off naturally.  Just looking at your photos it appears that your...
