Are ridges normal after lower lid blepharoplasty? (Photos)

That is swelling in the muscle that is directly below the lashes.  Some people have a fairly large muscle here so it can stay swollen for a few weeks.  Should go down with time.  May be worse when you first wake up in the morning. 

Everything seems to be healing normally. Swelling in the lower lids can cause "ridges" above the skin incisions. Even without a skin incision, the swelling can cause ridges to appear in the skin when smiling. Everything looks okay here by the photos.  It is likely that you have persistent swelling in the eyelid related to the surgery.  This can actually go on for months and that is normal.  When the eyelids are swollen like this, they can be dry.  The swollen eyelid does not move tears very efficiently.  Use your artificial tears and bedtime ointment to make the eyes more comfortable.

It is exactly how you  described it "swollen ridges."  As the swelling subsides, it is likely that the ridging will disappear.
