Ten weeks ago I had upper/lower eyelid surgery (see before, current, current w tape if useful). Lowers was transconjunctivial with fat repositioning; no skin pinch. Now I have even more wrinkles that I would like to get rid of. Smartest option? Recovery time? If skin pinch, is canthopexy advised in my case? Does it matter if temporary or permanent sutures are used for canthopexy? Is there a significant risk here of ectropion or making eyes smaller? Fractional laser or skin peel?
