One eye squints more than the other when I smile. One side of my upper lip is smaller than the other. What can I do? (Photo)

I want to know what the cause of it is and what surgery/procedure can be done to fix both at the same time. I've noticed over the years that my face seems asymmetrical and if I could correct this I would feel better about myself. My smile is also shifted, like my teeth don't align properly despite having braces & one side raises more than the other. I'm guessing all of these asymmetries have to do with the way my face developed. I've heard that a palate expander would help but I'm already 18.
