Should I have to pay for a Hyaluronidase treatment after a botched Juvederm treatment under the eyes? (Photo)

Silvana37
3 weeks after having Juvederm injected to treat dark circles I am still puffy and baggy and look worse than before. I did my research and went to an occuloplastic surgeon but the results are terrible. I'm so self conscious now. I want to request that he dissolve it with Hyaluronidase. Should I have to pay? I feel like he should refund me for the treatment under my eyes let alone paying to fix his mistake.
