Can fillers and hyaluronidase cause veins to appear and bulge out under the eyes?

After terribly overfilled and misplaced filler under the eye, I had hyaluronidase to remove it. Now, I see a lot of veins under my eyes and a few bulging ones that I never had before. Did filler and or hyalurondiase cause the veins and will the veins eventually disappear?
