I have saggy loose eyelid after Hyaluronidade. Is this damage permanent?

Hi Nicole.  Hyaluronidase does not affect how your skin looks.  It only dissolves the Hyaluonic acid based product like Juvederm, Restylane or Perlane.  It may be that without the volume your skin appeared less full or deflated but Hyaluronidase was not the cause.  To see an example of a Juvederm reversal before and after pictures in our Los Angeles pffice, click on the link below.

The hyaluronidase has no ability to affect your normal skin.  There is no way this caused sagging of your lids, this is likely enhanced after removing the filler and would need to be treated with filler reinjected or laser treatments.  Best, Dr. Emer.

My feeling is that the sagging skin in due to the excess volume created by the filler and hyaluronidase and this has caused the skin to stretch. Thus is not from the hyaluronidase but rather the volume of fluid in the area stretching the skin. This unfortunately may take months to tighten up or you may need a procedure to tighten it. For the best results please consult a board certified
dermatologist with experience with dermal filler and hyaluronic acid cosmetic

Juvederm can often get excessive in undereye area- especially in those who have tendency for puffy eyes. Its better to undercorrect this area. In your case hyaluronidase has been used to dissolve the excess filler. It is not known for hyaluronidase to dissolve natural hyaluronic acid.
