How can I try and get hyaluronic acid out of my lips?

Please help me to reduce the size of my lips. PLEASE!!!!! I just wanted my lips enlarged just a little. The lady enlarged my lips about 4 times the size they were. When I smile, my teeth don't even show. I am so embarrassed. I heard there is Hualuronidase that can be injected in your lips or small incisions in your lips and try to squeeze out the filler. I had the filler injections done about a year ago. Please, is there anything else I can try? Please help me!!

If your lips were
injected with a hyaluronic acid filler, it can simply be dissolved with
hyaluronidase.  Please make an appointment to see a board-certified
dermatologist or plastic surgeon who has experience with fillers and they
should be able to help!

I'm sorry to hear about your problem. To reduce your lips, the treatment is entirely dependent on what was put in them. If it was a hyaluronic acid filler (HA filler), then the cure is easy: Inject some hyaluronidase, and the lips will go back to normal in a matter of hours to a day. If it was not an HA filler, then you unfortunately only have two choices. One, wait until the filler naturally disappears, assuming it is a filler that is not permanent, or two, surgically remove it. If it is a filler that will eventually dissolve, wait. If it was silicone or Artefill, or something else that is permanent, see someone who specializes in the face to discuss your options. If the filler is of hyaluronic acid like juvederm or per lane or restylane you can have hyaluronidase done by your doctor to dissolve the filler. But if a non hyaluronidase filler has been used, it will require excision, but this can leave scarring. Best to consult your local plastic surgeon or dermatologic surgeon specialising in lip fillers.
