Which lip lift should I have to my lips similar to the lips on the other picture? I would want my cupid bow to be less wide.

The “M” Type lip lift is the safest lip lift. I have had many patients with bad Scars Bullhorn lip lifts done by good surgeons sent to me for revision. Based on my 46 years of lip lifting I still feel the M type is best! The philtrum can’t be narrowed.

You are a good candidate for a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. The procedure takes less than 1 hour to perform under local anesthesia and costs $3,000.

Hi there, 
if you're aiming at the effect presented on the 2nd photo, bullhorn lip lift seems to be the best option. By shortening the philtrum, it raises central part of the lips. Of course qualification for this procedures is based on analysis of key parametres such as philtrum lenght, teeth show, nose-lips ratio.
