Can I get a lip lift if I have an upturned nose?

I would like to have a lip lift but was told by a doctor I was not a good candidate due to having an upturned nose and being able to see inside my nostrils. In searching photos, I don't really see before/after pictures of people with upturned noses and am wondering if this is true? I am also wondering if there is a procedure that can be performed within the mouth so that there are no external scars?

You seem to be a good candidate for a bullhorn lip lift to lift central part of the lips and shorten philtrum to get more teeth show. But with such lip shape, I'd rather combine bullhorn and corner lip lift for the optimal result. There's some risk that if you lift central part only, the corners...

From the attached picture you don't seem to be a good candidate for this surgery as your philtrum is too short. After LL your nose will appear more prominent & massive than it actually is. With such face features, I don't recommend surgical lip lift. Pls consider other methods such as lip...
