Is there an ideal logical surgical "order of operations" I should know about? I have a convex face with a Bulbous nose tip, a weak chin, large fore head and a 19mm philtrum, and downturned mouth. I would like a v-shape chin also, so thinking about extended vertical chin implant but that may draw attention to my bulbous nose and long philtrum. What is a reasonable price discount for combining at least two of these procedures during covid-19. I am thinking of going to Mexico. Please inform!
