I do not see what an upturned nose would have to do with prohibiting a lip lift. Lip lifts are commonly done in people with tilted noses. The scars, if the procedure is performed correctly, is very, very difficult to see once healed.

A lip lift, chin augmentation and rhinoplasty can all be done simultaneously or separately. I can do a lip lift under local anesthesia and charge $3,000. A chin augmentation and rhinoplasty have to be done under general anesthesia. The chin augmentation is $3,000 and rhinoplasty is $7,000. ...
