Answer: Golfing after Full Tummy Tuck For a question like this, you really need to clarify with your operating surgeon as they will know the particulars of your surgery best. However, in most cases, I tell my patients 6 weeks until they can stress their body with full exercise. Good Luck.

Answer: Activity after tummy tuck surgery You should be able to swing a golf club safely about 6 weeks after your surgery. But it can often take 3-4 months before you feel completely "normal" with certain activities including sports and heavy exercise. I wouldn't be surprised if you still felt a bit "tight" on your golf trip. That might be really frustrating for you, or the surgery can serve as an excuse if you don't play as well as you are expecting.
