Are my breast sagging already 4 weeks post op? (photos)

Question

I had a breast lift with agumentation 4 weeks ago and I think they already look saggy! I did the pen test and can hold a pen under both breasts does this mean they are or does it depend on the size of your breasts I'm now a 34 e/f should I be able to hold a pen under them this soon after a breat lift? And if not what could the reason be for them sagging so quickly? Can wearing the wrong bra do this?

I have
to say that you are still early on healing process, it is too soon to determine
how your results are going to be, per now, they look very nice and beautiful,
you can have one bigger than the other, it is normal and that can happen for
the first 3 months until your implants have settle in. I recommend you to wait
and keep using your post surgical bra, that will help you with the shape and
support. Hugs!

Implants generally settle lower in 4-6 weeks depending on whether they are under muscle or not. So, I would wait at least that long to evaluate. Placing nipples higher can be difficult to correct.

Thank you for your question and photo.  At about a month post-op, you are still in the healing process.  You should wait until about the three month mark before assessing your results to determine if you need a breast lift revision. If you had preoperative pictures and a few others it would be easier to evaluate your situation. Knowing your breast size and degree of droopiness prior to the procedure would give a better guide to the current and future appearance. That being said, you should be beginning to stabilize your shape. The Pen Test is used to evaluate the position of the nipple relative to the crease under the breast. Being able hold a pen is not a definition of saggy, it can and usually is normal in women with your breast size.
