Had silicone injections. Years late feel small lumps in butt that sometimes minorally hurt with discoloration. Any suggestions?

I have a transgendered aunt who I trust with my life and vise versa. She's done this procedure thousands of times outside the U.S. and never has had issues but for me I had a little bit of discoloration and months later I felt like it didn't settle Right and got these lumps inside of my butt. There's no discomfort unless I workout hard or In the morn depending on the sleeping position I was in. Its now been 2 years since & nothing has changed or gotten worse but I still worry. What should I do?
