I had a tt 5 wks ago my incision scar looks good and I thought it was healing up well I've gotten 6 lymphatic massages so far. but is it normal for my incision to be leaking pinkish fluid 5 weeks later?? I thought it was sealed already... I don't have much pain in that area just a little swelling and leaking pinkish fluid 5 weeks later?? ... I don't have much pain in that are just a little swelling.

Thanks so much for reaching out. No is not normal to still be leaking fluid at this point. You should be seen by your surgeon immediately you may have an infection or just fluid buildup.

The most common complication from TT is a seroma formation.  They occur 5 to 10% and are often evident at 3 to 4 weeks.  Your PS should be notified to evaluate and treat this condition.  Ordinarily a spontaneously draining serum can be observed with expectation of resolution, but some management is indicated to assess for infection.
