Can mild stroke survivors get fillers like Restylane Lyft and Revaniesse Versa?

I have gotten Restylane lyft Befroe over the last few years. I must Found out that I have had chronic dissected vessels in my neck to my brain (possible accident). They are considered chronic mild strokes. I was told it occurred years ago and possibly several months ago. I never knew it until I went for testing For headaches and neck pain for an unusual amount of time. I want get to dermal fillers, but scared due to the recent news. Is it safe for me to get revaniesse versa or Restylane lyft?
