I've previously thought about getting HA fillers in my temples but found out it would be very expensive as I would require a lot of ML and think fat grafting will suit me better. I found a before and after picture online, with the same starting point as well as results that I have/want. My question is. How many ML do you think is used to get this results? How many sessions does it require? How long between each session? PS. I've mailed the surgeon who did this with no response.
Answer: Fat grafting vs. fillers to temples Fat grafting may be unpredictable in this area and for that reason fillers (Juvaderm, Radiesse, Sculptra) may be a better choice. In person consultation with 2-3 board certified plastic surgeons experienced in correction of this problem is recommended. Good luck.

Answer: Fat, Sculptra, Implants for temple Hi, for that level of augmentation your best bet would be to have temple implants placed. These can be placed under local anesthesia, are permanent, and will provide the most fill.

Answer: Facial Slimming — Masseter Botox, Facetite/Renuvion J Plasma, Buccal Fat Pad Removal, Fillers to sculpt the Cheek/Jawline/Temple most of my cliejnts do sculptra or bellafill for long term temple filling, fat does "okay" and can be done for full face and temple but its much easier to do fillers and get an immediate outcome. but yes, both can be done. For facial slimming a combination of treatments are always needed. Options include: 1. Buccal fat pad removal to reduce fat on the lower face 2. Factite or Renuvion/J Plasma to tighten the lower face, jawline, and chin to reduce fat and give the jawline and neck tightening and shaping. 3. Botox to the masseter to reduce the muscular size of the jaw giving the face an illusion of being more slender 4. Fillers to the jawline, chin, cheeks, temples and brow help to shape the face and make it more angled and defined Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Fat transfer Dear Fsg123, generally speaking, it is possible to use fat grafting in temples area and it is usually done in one session. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Fat Transfer to the Temples Fat transfer is typically done as a single session and usually for a global revolumizing of the entire face. Fat transfer is very technique dependent so you are best off in choosing a surgeon who is very experienced in the latest fat transfer techniques. Even in the best hands fat transfer can be somewhat unpredictable and most patients will end up slightly under corrected. To address this concern you could have a second fat grafting session or supplement with fillers to further enhance your results.
