If you had a treatment done only on your lower abs, fat cells in your thighs or buttocks would not be targeted or affected. Thank you for your question.  The ultrasound waves that the Ultrashape device uses to destroy your fat cells can penetrate up to 1.5 cm into the target area. It should have no effect on fat outside of the area treated. Best of luck to you!
