Is Ultrashape and Velashape safe for someone who's had history of blood clots/PE but no diagnosed blood disorder?

I have had any problems with ultrashape or velashape in any patients.  There is no reason you cannot have these treatments even if you have blood clotting disorders.  Best, Dr. Emer.
