Is Ultrashape and Velashape safe for someone who's had history of blood clots/PE but no diagnosed blood disorder?

I have had 2 previous blood clots/PEs both were provoked (knee surgery and immobilization for one and pregnancy, immobilization and c-section for the other). I've been tested for every known clotting disorder and all negative. Are these procedures safe? Is there something I can do to safeguard myself?
