It was certainly not my first peel but definitely the most in-depth treatment have every experienced. The after care process was experienced exactly as described and really lived that there was an interactive app that also supplemented the after care regimen.
Dr. Goldberg is such a great derm. So hard to find one that really cares about your concerns. He is smart and knows exactly what he is talking about. I had a spot removed and it came back benign, other doctors told me to leave it alone but he wanted to make sure it wasnt anything and I love that about him. Thanks Dr. G.
I had Sciton pro fractional done yesterday, and was very nervous. Have had older versions of scar correction in the past, and they were really tough. So far, this has been great. I was told they were doing a very aggressive version, and I did end up red as a tomato afterward. But the procedure took about 15 minutes, and with the numbing cream, was at about a 4-5 on the pain scale. Immediately after, it burned like crazy, but within a few hours, felt ok. I was given a new type of healing ointment called Stratacel, which is supposed to aid in healing. My face today looks much better already, in terms of the redness, and there is no pain at all. Won't know the results for awhile, but so far, I'm very pleased at the ease of the process.
I’ve been going to Dr. Goldberg for a long time. I was referred to him for basal cell carcinoma back in 1991. Prior to seeing Dr. Goldberg I’d had the cancer removed maybe 7 or 8 times and it kept coming back. So I went to see him for Mohs surgery and it didn’t come back, not in that spot! It was because of that that I kept coming back. I’ve had Mohs surgery with him twice I think since then, but in a different spot. I’ve also had botox before and recently I had a biopsy. I have good confidence in him that he knows what he’s doing. I just feel that he’s an expert and he is really good at what he does. He has a very positive and pleasent attitude and the staff are very helpful and very nice. I’ve very satisfied with him, I think he is very good and I would recommend him!
I had permanent make-up injected into a scar on my cheek to give it some color. It was a disaster. It was too dark and in the wrong spot. So I've been getting laser treatments to remove it. The scar was flat at the beginning of the laser treatments and after a year of treatments it is slightly raised. Can a steroid/cortisone injection help decrease it or will it make it sink in and be like a chicken pock scar indented?
I had 5 treatments of "E-Matrix" for acne scars with Dr. Goldberg. I was told it was a new laser treatment that would stimulate the collagen of my skin to improve my acne scarring. I had one treatment each month for a period of 5 months. It has been a year since I received my last treatment and there has been zero improvement. I spent a total of $4,900 for these 5 treatments. After this occurrence I visited a plastic surgeon for my acne scarring. I have realized that not only was I drastically overcharged, but also misinformed. I was told to apply for Care Credit so that I could pay for my treatments since I receive 24 months interest free. Lastly, the day of my first treatment, they put the cream to numb my face and then I was told it was not 24 months, that it was only 6 months. Not a pleasant experience, but a learning experience indeed.
I had my initial consultation with my doctor (who is also on the board for MiraDry) We went through the overall expectation, what i have done in the past, the severity of my own personal perspiration, as well as the how the treatment pre, during and post would work. I would say that overall the consultation was very informative and very easy. Downfall: after reading online i expected some part of it to be covered by insurance since this isn't to look pretty, it is an actual condition that is mortifying. I am looking forward to having this taken care of. I had to bite the bullet and pay for the procedure but in the long run this is going to mean an entirely different world - for the better.
Greetings! Lip augmentation is one of the most popular services that patients request. The key to lip augmentation is the concept of "less is more". The days of overfilled lips are over! There are several different fillers on the market that work really well to give the most natural looking results. One of the newest lip augmentation fillers on the market is Allergan's Volbella XC. Utilizing Allergan's patented VYCROSS technology, the results are natural and long lasting. Of course there are other great fillers that are used like Restylane Silk, Juverderm Ultra XC, Restylane, Belotero, etc. My advice would be to schedule a consultation with a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon in your area that has expertise in performing lip augmentation. Best of luck to you!
Greetings! The beauty of dermal fillers is that there is no downtime! There are some patients that are easy bruisers and may develop some bruising, but the majority of patients experience no bruising. There may be some minor swelling in the treated area, but with a little ice, will generally go down the same day. You will not need to pause any normal activity unless that is something that you choose to do. Final results typically take up to two weeks to see. Some patients see it faster, but that varies from person to person. I highly recommend scheduling a consultation with a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon in your area, since this is a technique that does require advanced injection training. Best of luck to you!
Greetings! This is certainly an extremely kind gesture on your part, but absolutely not required, or necessary. The price of the procedure is incredibly straightforward. It covers the artistic performance of the procedure, as well as the cost of the product. Please make sure that the person you have chosen is experienced in the procedure they are performing, as this type of procedure is extremely delicate.Best of luck to you!
Greetings!Sculptra is a great injectable filler that will help you body stimulate collagen over time. This is done over a series of injections, and it provides very natural results that can last up to 2 years. We often use Sculptra as the base filler and use other HA fillers on top to help correct more severe facial volume loss. I would consult with a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon to find out if Sculptra is right for you. Best of luck to you!
Greetings,Less is always more when it comes to injecting the lips. The fillers on the market that are used for lip injections hold water like a sponge, which helps to maintain that pouty look over the life of the filler. Starting with 1 syringe is a good place to begin, especially if you have never had filler before. Schedule a consult with a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon in your area with expertise in lip injections. Lip injections really do require a keen eye for detail!Best of luck to you!
