One week after 1 ml of Restylane on upper lip and no difference noticeable? (photo)

One week ago I inject 1 ml of Restylen in my upper lip. I said to the doctor that I want a noticeable difference. I liked how swollen was in the next 3 days, but day by day it was fading . Now I can feel something hard on the line shape of my lip and no volume. What should I do?
