Hyperdynamic chin ptosis - what would be the best procedure? (Photo)

as my chin appears normal at rest, however it is very prominent when I smile. I have never had any surgery done, so I think it‘s genetic. I would really like to get it changed. What would be the best procedure? Is it the muscle which is going done or does the muscle pull down the soft tissue? Thanks in advance!

You may be a good candidate for chin augmentation which can be done with a sliding genioplasty, implant or to sound agree with the use of fillers.

Thank you for your question. Most likely what you're looking for is increased width and projection at the chin. This can be accomplished with filler or through placement of an implant. Implants come in different shapes and sizes as well, so a look could be tailored. All the best.

Based on your photos, I would not recommend doing anything to your jawline. Your chin and jaw have good projection. I also do not see any excess skin under your chin that I would remove.
