Hyperdynamic chin ptosis - what would be the best procedure? (Photo)

jonaaas
as my chin appears normal at rest, however it is very prominent when I smile. I have never had any surgery done, so I think it‘s genetic. I would really like to get it changed. What would be the best procedure? Is it the muscle which is going done or does the muscle pull down the soft tissue? Thanks in advance!
