Hi. I have a medium extended anatomical implant since June2020. I don't like the square/masculine front and 3/4 view. I want a narrower, pointier more femine chin. I like the profile projection. I discussed with my surgeron, he suggested : A) SMALL extended anatomical; B) REMOVING + FILLER. I'm wondering if my goal is achievable with an implant as he mentioned not using other models. If I remove the implant, is it safe to use filler? What would you recommand?
