Hello I am a 19 year old male who is 6’1 160 lbs. I feel that my face is a little wide and lacks facial definition. I was wondering if a chin Implant would help with this. based off of my pictures is there anyway you can tell me what i lack compared to the 2 gentleman in the last pictures I uploaded.

Based on your photos, I would not recommend doing anything to your jawline. Your chin and jaw have good projection. I also do not see any excess skin under your chin that I would remove.
I think that you are a better candidate for a genioplasty than a chin implant. With the amount of recession that you exhibit, the chin implant will make your chin appear wider. The genioplasty position is different than the traditional jaw surgery and does not require braces or a hospital...
I would agree with your assessment. The problem with implants is that the shape is not your natural bone shape. Ideally you remove the implant and have a genioplasty which will lead to a more narrow tapered balance.
