It appears that you have a short chin and deep mentolabial fold. The chin projection can be reduced and vertically lengthened to provide improved facial balance. The procedure is called a genioplasty and the incision is inside the mouth.

Thank for the excellently posted photos, it really helps. I recommend under local anesthesia chin under lipo with Botox to anterior chin to weaken the lower chin muscles. Fee $5,000.
