4 weeks after Liposuction to lower back, flanks & upper lower belly swollen & hard. How long will it last? (photos)

I have been massaging my areas treated no change was told to massage at 2 weeks I'm 4 weeks out only area that is getting soft to touch as long as I'm laying down is my pouch.other wise when standing up it sticks out bad and is hard.was the same before massage but now I can push the whole area in quit a bit but no luck on getting the hard areas to be less noticeable.massage all areas treated for 1 hour a day. Looks of it I will end up having a tummy tuck that I don't want.

I have my patients wear them both full body plus wrap around abdominal binders for two weeks, then just the abdominal binders overnight for another 2 weeks.  After 7-10 days I have them get back into the gym.  I think it helps bring the swelling down faster with longer compression, but...

At one month it's impossible to comment about the fate of any contour abnormality. After six months of this persists some restorative treatment might be indicated.
