If back fat is untreated, will I look disproportionate after laser-assisted liposuction of upper- and lower-abdomen and waist?

I weigh 178 pounds, 5'8" tall with broad shoulders and lots of muscle from walking. I have resumed strength training after a year-long cessation that was due to an arthritic knee. I'll be 58 in July.
