Question

I weigh 178 pounds, 5'8" tall with broad shoulders and lots of muscle from walking. I have resumed strength training after a year-long cessation that was due to an arthritic knee. I'll be 58 in July.

There's no problem with suctioning only several areas. It is true however that any excess fat in your back may stand out more if the abdomen and waist are cleaned up by liposuction.
