Would you gain the weight back easily post liposuction? Would it be recommended to get liposuction on arms, legs, back, and abdomen so if you do have tendency to gain weight (even while regularly exercising and eating clean) you won't gain it in weird places?

If your hypothyroidism has been regulated and thyroid function, normalized, liposuction may be reasonable.Find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of liposuction procedures each year.  Look for great reviews and great

Liposuction is done for diet and exercise resistant fat, and is not used for a general overweight or obese condition.  If the hypothyroid condition is under control, and there is a moderate amount of fat that is causing a bulge, it can be removed the same as if you did not have hypothyroidism.  When liposuction is done, the absolute number of fat cells is reduced, so it helps.  If you eat more than you should, the remaining cells will still enlarge.

Liposuction can be used to help contour or shape the body and/or used to remove localized fat pockets.  But  it is essential to stay healthy, diet, and exercise after liposuction in order to maintan the results.
