My nose has always looked out of place on my face. It seems too big. From research and layman’s knowledge I think it’s my bridge and tip that cause this. I was hoping liquid rhinoplasty might help. Could liquid rhinoplasty help or is traditional the only option?
Answer: Rhinoplasty I would never under any circumstances recommend a liquid rhinoplasty. The filler is highly unpredictable over time and can cause a litany of other issues (including potential intravascular injection causing necrosis [death] of surrounding tissues, not to mention potential irreversible blindness).

You actually have a difficult problem. Unfortunately, liquid rhinoplasty (nasal filler) would not be able to do what you're looking for! To properly address your nose and improve your facial balance, you would actually need an open septorhinoplasty to improve the overall harmony of your different facial features- it is particularly effective at addressing the size, shape, and definition (especially of the tip)!

Answer: Rhinoplasty to improve nasal shape... Based on your photos, a liquid rhinoplasty won't really help with reducing the overall size of the nose. A well performed rhinoplasty should be able to make a nice improvement in the size and contour of your nose. The tip can be made more narrow as well as the bridge. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
