You should ask your surgeon. You can restart your Invisalign after surgery within reason, depending on your level of alertness. I would think you could restart once you are alert and have full mental capacity. Some people feel sedated on the day after surgery or are distracted by pain, so it really depends on your recovery and can’t be firmly predicted. It’s best to work with your surgeon on this.

Your INVISALIGN wearing will have absolutely no impact on your face lift before during or after. The two procedures are totally inrlated in terms of any positive or negative impact on the other. You need not be concerned at all.

Dear Lucia_maria:Regarding your face lifting, during the surgery there will most likely be a breathing tube in use, but in the post-operative period there should be no problem with wearing your Invisalign device.
