When can you begin to wear your invisalign aligners again after undergoing a facelift?

I'm currently on Invisalign, I was due to finish treatment before October, however due to issues it has to be extended for a further 5/6 months. In October I'm booked in for a facelift, I was wondering if I could carry on wearing my Invisalign aligners the day after my surgery or should I postpone it? Say a week later? That will delay my Invisalign progress, but I don't mind being behind if it means I'm not jeopardizing my facelift.
