Your prominent ear on the right can be easily rotated back to a normal position closer to your head through the procedure of otoplasty. This is where, through an incision on the back of your ear, the entire ear cartilage is rotated closer to the bone. It could be done under local anesthesia, but iv sedation would make it very easy on you and it could be done in less than an hour. Good luck.

My recommendation would be to look for an evaluation and consult with an experienced board certified Facial Plastic Surgeon for an Otoplasty. The right  prominent ear is the problem that an otoplasty will improve. It may never be symmetrical as the left, but it can be brought inward so that is not that obvious the difference.
