Hi max93,Based from the photos, the asymmetry between the 2 sides of your ears can be correcter by cartilage modification, should it really concern you.

If that ridge of cartilage troubles you it can be removed/ smoothed with an in office procedure. The good news is that the size/ shape of your ears are otherwise completely normal. Every surgeon LOVES performing otoplasty procedures but you should seek out someone who performs alot of otoplasty...
