Any suggestions to fix uneven ears?

I have a small and a large ear and I'm wondering if they can just fix one of my ears to look the same as the other? And if so how much would it be in total?

Yes, it is possible to improve the symmetry of the size and shape of your ears with cosmetic ear surgery.

Thank you for your question.  Without photographs, or an in-person examination, it is difficult to give you recommendations on treatment.  It is possible to operate on only one ear to better achieve symmetry between the two, but a thorough understanding as to the cause of the differences will need to be determined first.  See an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon in your area for a consultation.

You present with an interesting challenge. Without photos I can only advise that is is easier to make a large ear smaller than the opposite procedure. You really should have one or more consultations with board certified FPS or PS doctors. It may be possible to achieve a reasonable degree of improvement, but be realistic! Good luck.
