Hi, I was recently advised to do neck lipo. I hate my loose saggy neck. I think it looks so old. I’m just 37. What is the best option that doesn’t have long recovery? I’m hesitant about general anaesthesia. I often get Botox for neck bands which helps but always have the saggy little pocket under my neck. Also any doctor in Melbourne Australia who could fix this ?
Answer: Neck Lift Thank you for your question. Based on your pictures you appear to be great candidate for neck lift. I would suggest to be treated by board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, to get the best desired results. Kind regards,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Answer: Will neck lipo help? (Photo) FaceTite is a relatively new surgical technique designed to reduce skin laxity on the face and neck. FaceTite is performed under local anesthesia or light sedation. Post procedure, patient can go home and resume regular activities shortly after. Any areas on the face and neck with saggy skin can be treated. This includes the double chin, the neck, the jowls, the jawline and mandible, and marionette lines as well as other areas with deep lines and loose skin. Patients should not expect tightening like that of an excisional surgical result (i.e. a face lift or a lower face and neck lift). The direct removal of skin will always produce a tighter result. It is not just the technology but how the technology is utilized which results in phenomenal results. Select your PS carefully.Kenneth Hughes, MD, ABPS Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Answer: Neck Liposuction Options Catsadles I appreciate your dilemma, however it appears from your photographs that liposuction is probably not your best option in your particular case. You have little fat in your neck only a modest amount of redundant skin along with platysmal bands. Your best options include a mini facelift addressing your neck or a sub mental platysmaplasty. Consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area to evaluate the best option for you. Good luck.

Answer: Neck issue Lipo is to treat excess fat.. you have a thin neck and are not a good candidate for that. .I see muscle bands. Sometimes botox alone is good. If you want skin tightening then you may want a neck lift. I would have to see you in person.. Good luck!
