Axillary breast tissue reduction: should my scars be flat? (Photos)

NolaManhattan
On March 12th 2019 I had excision and lipo to my axillary breast tissue. I am truly devastated as I now have two short 1.5 inch scars in the front of my axilla however, the area is not flat. I also had lipo to the back of the axilla area as well. The issue is the results look worse than before the procedure. I understood I would have scars however, I thought that although I’d have scars the area would be flat. Should the area be flat? Is this the best result I can hope for?
