Am I ruined? I can’t even wear a bathing suit now. Can this be fixed? (photo)

Thank you for your question and photos. Maybe your doctor believes in magic, but this will not go away. Matter of fact, it might look worse after the swelling resolves. This is liposuction done by someone who is either not  a plastic surgeon or a surgeon at all. All the principles of good liposuction surgery were ignored.
Can this be fixed? It can be improved but never completely fixed. First you need to wait 6-8 months for your abdominal skin to become soft before any attempt to "fix" this is undertaken. Until then, you can have massage of these hard areas to help reduce the swelling and inflammation. 
Once you are ready for the correction, see a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation to decide how to reverse some of these changes. Good luck.

You certainly have problems with your procedure which will need to be fixed. You will need, however,  to wait for a few months, till your skin becomes soft. Massaging of the area, in the meanwhile may help.  All The Best !

Thank for your question and photos!! I would suggest you wait another couple of months more. This is not your final results. You are still very swollen, I recommend to massage the are 2 to 3 times a day to see if things smooth out a bit faster and to wear the compression garment 24/7. Hope this helps.

Sorry to hear about your post-lipo experience thus far. It is too soon to tell what your final results will be. You likely have swelling, which can last 3 to 6 months after your procedure. It will take 6 to 12 months to see the final outcome.I recommend following up with your physician about their suggested after care protocol. I have my patients wear compression for 3 to 6 weeks straight and then overnight for 3 to 6 months after their procedure. I suggest adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a BBL surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively.At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides  you will be able to see the final result of your surgery.

timsan  I am sorry you are having these issues, but I would still wait another three months before considering any type of revision. Gentle massage with moisturizers may help improve the contour and soften the scars beneath the skin that are causing these irregularities. Also steroid injections may help as well. If time and these recommendations do not improve your issues after 3 more months, then revision should be considered. Voice your concerns with your plastic surgeon. Good luck.

months  to see if there is going to be any improvement. In general,
surface irregularities result from aggressive liposuction too close to skin
surface. You should stay in touch with your surgeon. If these persist despite
lymphatic massages and steroid injections, sometimes they can be improved by
revision liposuction (more like using the liposuction cannula to break down the
scar tissue) or at times fat grafting to depressed areas.  You should speak

Hello, I'm sorry to hear about this experience, clearly you were subject to an aggressive liposuction. My recommendation is to wait until 6 months to see if the abdominal area gets smoother and obtain the final result.
