Splint removed after rhinoplasty today - I know it's early (9 days) but It is so uneven.

Yes- at only a few days out from surgery it is early- I would consult with your surgeon regarding techniques to help with the swelling.. elevating the head of the bed often will help

However, as you already know, you're likely to have some post-op swelling at 9 days following surgery. This would explain why your nose appears uneven. It may take 6 to 9 months for swelling to resolve completely. Then you will be able to observe your final results. If you don't observe gradual improvement over the next few months, however, make sure to alert your plastic surgeon. 
An in-person exam with a board certified plastic surgeon is always the best way to fully assess your needs and address your concerns. Best of luck!

You are correct, it is way too early to see the results. You are very very swollen. Take a deep breath, relax, and give it some time to heal..
