And to help with breathing my right nostril was blocked due to the brake 10 years ago. after stents was removed breathing was good. but i fell its blocking up agin when i look inside its not as open as the left nostril and looks like bone has moved over

It is common for swelling outside as well as inside the nose to increase once splints are removed as there is no longer compression to the tissues.  That is why you can breathe well immediately after splints are removed, but then as the tissues have time to swell breathing becomes more difficult.  This should resolve with time as they swelling decreases.

Thanks for your question.  You should discuss this with your surgeon and have an examination as soon as possible.  If your nasal bones have moved, then there is only a short time you have to move them back before they scar into place.  Please do avoid any external manipulation of your nose until you have seen your surgeon.  Good luck!
