Procedure done: Jan 2019 My doctor in Turkey made my ab etching asymmetrical and unnatural looking. I also have lots of fluid retention which is noticeable from the side. He also took too much fat out too superficial to the top skin and so you see lots of rippling. Can I fix this with Sculptra or do I need a fat transfer? I personally do not want to do the fat transfer option because I do not want any more loose skin on the rest of my body (already have done a BBL in 12 areas).

Answer: Uneven after liposuction Dear Michele6153, It is hard to tell for sure without an examination but based on your photos, it looks like you have some loose skin in belly button area and some uneven areas after liposuction. You can wait some more time to see the final results of your surgery and to see if this will improve. I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Lipo revision The volume of filler you would require would be completely cost prohibitive and would require repetition. Also injecting in an area of fluid retention is problematic. You should wait this out more to determine if the fluid reabsorbs or requires intervention.
