I had bad thigh lipo 18 years ago and too much fat was taken from under my butt. Tired to fix it 2 years ago with fat injections, which produced unnatural results, yet lower creases and further ripples. Can this be fixed with further fat injections or do I need a surgical butt lift? I would hate scars under my butt, even above the butt is a hard trade off, but I’m very unhappy not to be able to wear any tight clothing, or even jeans - these deep creases are very visible from the sides.

Answer: Unnatural butt creases Dear ataram, it is hard to tell for sure without an examination, but based on your photos and description it looks like this can be improved with another fat transfer. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: Lower Buttock Lift To redefine your infragluteal folds, a lower buttock tuck/lift is needed. Trying to fill out the low folds that is associated with loose skin is not going to work. Besides poor fat take this would elongate your buttocks even if it survived. The loose skin must be removed and tucked up and in to get higher more defined infragluteal folds.
